The Elm Duplex

Inspired by the Grand Mesa on the Western slope of Colorado, we used a ton of green hues and sandstones in this home! this home was Jeffs first fixer upper and house hack as young investors in 2008! Back then we didn't use a professional photographer like we do now, so excuse the flip phone photos! I also didn't get any "before" photos on this property. What can I say? We were just figuring things out! Jeff upgraded the duplex while attending Colorado Mesa University. This is a great two unit, investment property with little to no vacancy (when we owned it), each unit equipped with two bedrooms and one full bath. Both units also have living rooms, dining rooms, laundry rooms, full kitchens, separate entrances, and private yards. The upstairs unit features a bonus, private office with bamboo floors throughout the unit, brand new stackable washer/dryer, walk in closets in each room, fenced front yard with sprinkler system, fenced large back yard, and long driveway with double parking. The lower unit has a separate entrance in the alley behind the property.
