INVESTMENTS

We build what we finance.

One group manufactures the housing, develops the projects, lends against them and manages them. That is why there are three ways to invest here rather than one — you choose the position you want to hold, not just the asset.

Available only to accredited investors, whose status is verified before any investment is finalized. Nothing here is a projection of results.

The three investment types

Each type holds a different position.

Lend, own, or build. The difference is not which property — it is which position you hold and how long you hold it.

Lend · short term

Stream

You hold the lender’s position. You own a claim on a lending fund rather than on the property it lends against, and you are paid interest at a stated rate for a defined term.

Best for investors who want a contractual rate and the shortest commitment of the three, and who accept a return capped at that rate.

Own · mid term

Alpine

You hold the owner’s position. Direct equity in property the company owns and operates, held over a mid-length horizon.

Best for investors who want ownership — income and appreciation — and who can hold through a full market cycle.

Build · long term

Summit

You hold the developer’s position. Equity in ground-up housing development, from land through delivery, held for the full build cycle.

Best for investors with the longest horizon and the most tolerance for development risk.

Each type links through to its own page, where the risks and the structure of that type are described and any current offering is identified.

Not sure which type fits

Start with a conversation, not a form.

Tell us what you want your capital doing and over what horizon, and we will tell you which type fits — including when the answer is none of them. No allocation is discussed before accredited status is verified.
