Rule 506(c) · Accredited Investors Only

Verify your
accredited status.

Every Fort + Home Capital offering is made under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D. That rule requires accredited-investor status to be verified by a qualified third party before any investment is finalized. Below are the three ways to satisfy it. Most investors use the first.

Three routes
Choose whichever is easiest for you
Any one of these satisfies the requirement. You do not need all three.

1 · A letter from a professional

A written confirmation from your CPA, attorney, SEC-registered investment adviser, or registered broker-dealer stating they have taken reasonable steps to verify your accredited status within the last three months. This is the fastest route and the one most investors use — your existing professional can usually issue it on request.

2 · Income documentation

IRS forms showing income above $200,000 individually, or $300,000 jointly with a spouse or spousal equivalent, in each of the two most recent years, together with a written representation that you reasonably expect to reach the same level this year.

3 · Net worth documentation

Statements evidencing assets and liabilities dated within the last three months, showing a net worth above $1,000,000 excluding your primary residence, together with a consumer report listing liabilities.

You may also qualify by holding a Series 7, 65 or 82 licence in good standing, as a knowledgeable employee of a private fund, or as an entity with more than $5,000,000 in investments or in which all equity owners are themselves accredited.

Where verification actually happens
Your documents are uploaded and confirmed in the Fort + Home Capital investor portal — that is where your verification is held, dated, and kept current. Use the form below only if you would like us to walk you through it first. Nothing here is a commitment, and submitting this form does not make you an investor.

Read the offering materials

Offering terms are published openly — Rule 506(c) permits it. You can review the fund, the open series and the risk factors before you verify, and take as long as you need.

What verification is, and is not
Plainly

Verification is required before an investment is finalized — not before you can read anything. Rule 506(c) permits an offering to be discussed publicly. Terms, structure and risk factors are on this site for anyone to read.

Your own statement that you are accredited is not, by itself, verification. Rule 506(c) requires the issuer to take reasonable steps to verify, which is why one of the three routes above is needed before a subscription can be accepted.

Verifying does not obligate you to invest, and it does not reserve an allocation. It establishes eligibility, nothing more.

Questions before you start?
A call is optional. You can complete verification without one.

Important Disclosures: This page is intended solely to explain the accredited-investor verification process under Regulation D, Rule 506(c) and does not constitute an offer to sell or solicitation of an offer to buy any securities. Securities are offered only through official offering documents. Offered pursuant to Rule 506(c) of Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended; investment is available only to verified accredited investors as defined under SEC rules. All indications of interest are non-binding and subject to completion of offering documents and verification of accredited investor status. All investments involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. Stream Income Series 10 pays 10% fixed annual interest and the Fort Homes Credit Facility pays 12% fixed annual interest; interest is simple, not compounded, and accrues only from the date allocated capital is deployed. The Fund’s loan to Fort Homes, LLC contemplates collateral consisting of business assets of that borrower — modular units in progress, manufacturing equipment, and accounts receivable; investors hold an interest in the fund and do not hold a direct lien on those assets. Projections and forward-looking statements are estimates based on management’s current assumptions and are not guarantees of future performance. Actual results may differ materially. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The borrower, Fort Homes, LLC, is owned by, controlled by, or otherwise affiliated with the Manager; this affiliate relationship presents conflicts of interest, and there is no guarantee that the credit facility was negotiated or underwritten at arm’s length. Fort Homes, LLC is a growth-stage entity with a limited operating history and may lack sufficient collateral, reserves, or historical performance to assure its capacity to repay. Investors should review the applicable Private Placement Memorandum, Operating Agreement, and Subscription Agreement for complete details, including risk factors, fees, and conflicts of interest. Fort + Home LLC and Fort + Home Capital, LLC are not registered as broker-dealers or investment advisers and do not provide services requiring such registration.
