Stream Income Series 10 is a pooled private credit allocation within the Fort Lending Debt Fund, designed for accredited investors seeking stable, predictable income secured by hard real estate assets. Investors earn 10% fixed annual interest, paid monthly (10.47% APY with automatic reinvestment), backed by a diversified portfolio of short-term, real estate-secured loans.
Unlike single-borrower notes, Series 10 deploys capital across multiple loans diversified by geography, borrower, and loan type — including bridge financing, stabilization, rehabilitation, pre-construction, and short-term repositioning projects. Every loan is collateralized by real estate liens, supplemented by equipment, accounts receivable, and UCC filings to maximize recoverability.
The Fund targets a $5,000,000 raise with individual loan sizes ranging from $250,000 to $3,000,000. The maximum term is 36 months, with early redemption available at the Manager's discretion. All origination (1%) and management (2%) fees are paid by borrowers — investors pay zero fees.
The current lending environment creates exceptional conditions for private credit investors.
