The Cottage is a two-bedroom home for the way people live now — a first home, room for family on land you already own, or, where zoning allows, an ADU or a home you can rent out. Originally developed for our Trails End community, it is built on your lot by our own crew, to the International Residential Code, on a permanent foundation. Quality-built, well-designed and attainable — in Grand Junction first.
